On September 5th, the USPS filed a request for a rate increase with the Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC). The rate increase will be limited to Priority Mail Express, Priority Mail and USPS Ground Advantage. The Postal Regulatory Commission approved this rate increase on Oct. 3, 2024. The rate increase took effect Oct. 6th and continue through January 19, 2025.

- FedEx Ground residential shipments, FedEx Home Delivery residential shipments: $0.30–$0.55 per package
- FedEx Ground Economy Package Services: $1.90–$3.15 per package
