The PRC approved the increased Commercial Products postage rates on June 23rd, 2023.
Other than a rate increase, the USPS is also creating a new product – Ground Advantage. This product takes First Class Package Service, Retail Ground and Parcel Select Ground and puts them in one rate structure. There will be an overall savings of 1.4%, but some weight categories have rate increases.
